The project Bonvoyage officially had its starting date on 1st of May 2015. All the Partner’s Representatives met in Rome on 5th and 6th May 2015. The location of the meeting was the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering (DIAG) of the University Sapienza. The two-days meeting was focused on: the official presentation of the Grant Agreement provisions and legal commitment of the consortium to the administrative procedures; mutual presentation of organizations and expertise involved in the project; the WP Leaders presented and shared their first draft of working plan in order to stimulate contribution from all the participants. The discussion was strongly fruitful in order to align the Bonvoyage Vision among different expertise and interest in expected results. Furthermore, many technical and scientific issues have been tackled in order to create a common starting point for the prosecution of the work plan. A long list of Action Points was draft at the end of the two-days meeting which was surrounded by a very collaborative and enthusiastic mood. The Partners had also the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing promenade in the old city.
