A preliminary Exploitation Strategy will be finalised after the first year and a half of the project life span. The activities will focus on the identification of possible ways to maximise BONVOYAGE project results exploitation to the advantage of the whole consortium and to identify possible future business opportunities for the partners.
Results of this activity consist in the realization of a BONVOYAGE Business Plan, redaction of BONVOYAGE Exploitation Strategy and definition of a BONVOYAGE Research Roadmap.
